Step 1: Create a Proposal with Aurora or Solo

Example: "Hello can I Please get the Powerclerk Agreement for (Client's Name) 

OR 

"Was the Powerclerk document included in the solo packet for (Client's Name)?" 

You can also check on solo in the docs tab to see if  Powerclerk was included. It will be labeled with the power company's logo.

Sometimes Utility Documents are attached in solo such as they are for Unisource. Other times like in APS Our World Has to send the PowerClerk themselves. 

ALWAYS TEXT Them to find out if it was included or not in your solo documents or check yourself.
